My name is Joshua Maxwell and I'd like to welcome you to my Professional Competency Portfolio website.  This site represents the culmination of my capstone work and assesses what I have done in my two years in Bowling Green State University's College Student Personnel master's program.  Using the ACPA/NASPA Professional Competencies as a framework, I wish to share how my experiences in the program have prepared me to begin full-time work as a student affairs professional.
